		<description>There are 2 types of patent seekers.  One is the corporation using patents to preserve and protect their business.  The other is the entrepreneurial inventor, who is seeking his or her fortune by patenting a idea.  Only the corporation would likely find a business reason to permit  usage of their intellectual property without compensation.</description>
